HIGH LOAD CARTRIDGES
GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
The cartridge heaters are standardized with flexible cables from the interior.
The length of standard wiring is of 250mm(without thermocouple). Also resistance with long wiring can be made using wiring for as long as 1000mm with or without thermocouple.
OTHERS DIAMETERS
We can provide our customer with any diameter established from 3mm to 25mm. For any other size of diameter do not doubt in contacting with us. The tube is of stainless steel & the cartridge with weld TIG and connection cables of nickel.
INSTRUCTIONS OF POSITIONING AND ASSEMBLY
The correct positioning of the cartridge in the hole is essential for the good operation and yield of the cartridge.
The hole must be made with an ISO tolerance of H7.
